Pixel Planet LLC d/b/a Click Rally
You can permanently delete your Click Rally account and associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Open Click Rally, go to your Profile tab, tap Edit profile, then tap Delete my account and confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.
Email us from the address on your Click Rally account and we'll process the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner). Please include the email and name on your account so we can verify it's you.

For legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting reasons we may keep a limited record of completed financial transactions (for example, a payout or refund and its amount and date) for the period required by law. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; deleting your Click Rally account does not by itself close any Stripe payout account you created — contact Stripe to remove that.
If you have money held in escrow or a gig in progress, we'll help resolve or refund it before completing the deletion so no funds are lost.
